Pania Fine Jewellery is an independent, solely owned business; please consider this prior to finalising your purchase.
MANUFACTURING QUALITY
Pania Fine Jewellery creations are carefully crafted and considered from conception through to manufacture; during the manufacturing process, multiple quality control steps are put into place to ensure the quality of each piece to uphold and maintain stringent scrutiny.
At Pania Fine Jewellery, we take great pride in our quality and finish.
CHANGE OF MIND
Pania Fine Jewellery is an independent, solely owned business; please consider this before finalising your purchase.
Ready-made and custom-made purchases are ineligible for refunds.
All deposits and partial payments are non-refundable and non-transferable – without exception due to a change of mind.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must make contact within seven (7) days; photograph the item/s along with the box and packaging in detail.
For all instances, including international returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, including duties, export fees and paperwork.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to declare shipment details for customs.
Pania Fine Jewellery takes no responsibility for any return shipping costs or declarations.
CREDIT NOTES
Customers wishing to return their item/s can either exchange their item/s for a ready-made item/s to the same value or receive a credit note to the same value; this excludes the shipping cost.
Any outstanding balance owing to the customer will be issued as a credit note and is non-refundable.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the unlikely event of breakages during transit, contact Pania Fine Jewellery immediately, no less than seven (7) days from the delivery date. The customer must list and photograph in detail the damaged areas. Click here to initiate a replacement request for a damaged item.
Requests received within seven (7) days will not be honoured.
Replacement item/s will only be processed with the required information.
We do not offer refunds for items damaged in shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Gift wrapping is considered a bonus. Therefore, it cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
